"Steve, I have purchased many cars over the years, both domestic and foreign, and was employed for a period of time as an automobile salesman but never have I had an experience such as I encountered at Hinton Chevrolet - Buick this past week. "Recently your parts department (Kevin Lee) sold me and your service department (Carl Johnson) installed a 52 gallon Titan replacement fuel tank for my 2010 2500 Silverado. Although there were some initial problems promting a return visit for the installation of a new sensing unit, I am very pleased with the service I received from Hintons Chevrolet's staff. A special thanks to Carl Johnson and Kevin Lee for the high level of service and communication they provided. Also, thanks to those behind the scenes (the mechanic(s) that did the work promtly and professionally.
