We purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hinton Chevrolet earlier this month. I wanted to share our experience, but am technically illiterate! If you want to share this, you are welcome to! We dread car shopping! We recently purchased a vehicle not suited to our needs. We were certain we would lose money by trading the van in. Not knowing what vehicle we needed, we started close to home at Hinton. They had a great assortment of used vehicles that we could actually sit in - NOT an option with on-line shopping - to ensure my disabled extra tall husband could fit into! Mike kindly brought key after key so we could sit in various cars! We were so happy to find the perfect vehicle for us! It was well within our price range and we were so happy with the trade in value Steve gave us! The paperwork process was quick and thorough! We are so grateful to Hinton for making this a positive and even enjoyable process for us! Many thanks! We will definitely be heading back to Hinton for our future vehicle needs!

First off, I'm not one to write reviews. Jut wanted to give Steve, the owner of Hinton a shout out for doing a great job for us.

I found the truck I was looking for online and of course it was an hour and a half away in LYNDEN. We are in the middle of an auto crisis (lack of computer chips) and all vehicles are being sold sight unseen, which we had to do also. Our new Silverado was supposed to have arrived the next week which was just fine. Well the following week, Steve got notice from GM that the truck wouldn't be in for an additional 3 weeks. The was very frustrating since I had already sold my other car in expectation of getting my new ride much sooner. Steve was able to pull some strings and get the new truck expedited through the shipping lanes and got my truck to us a couple weeks earlier than promised. I highly recommend Hinton Chevy. Oh, by the way, with the chip shortage, all the other dealers were putting a $3-5K "market adjustment pricing" over MSRP where they didn't try to pull that dealer scam.

To say the least I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Trailblazer. It was exactly what I was looking for and the team you have assembled was what I have been looking for in a car dealership when looking for a new vehicle. Mike, Kurt and the staff treated me like an old friend and made sure I was happy with my purchase. When it comes to customer service your entire team bent over backwards to make sure I had a positive buying experience. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this ranks at the top of my satisfaction. I was willing to go anywhere in the state to find what I was looking for and found it on Autotrader, and was amazed it was a half an hour from my house... I can speak with certainty that when I am in the market in the future...you guys will be my first call and stop. Since I moved here 14 years ago I have been looking for a dealership to work with that I would be happy to refer and be a repeat customer at...I found it.... Please let your staff know they are tops in my book...

Steve, I have purchased many cars over the years, both domestic and foreign, and was employed for a period of time as an automobile salesman but never have I had an experience such as I encountered at Hinton Chevrolet this past week. I have had high pressure sales pitches thrown at me, been nearly tackled by over-zealous salesmen as I entered a lot, run into the bait and switch tactic, been talked down to and belittled but if there is an antithesis to those occasions, the Hinton experience is it. WOW!!! is all that needs to be said. No pressure, no tactics, and if you were to use the cliche about "going the extra mile", there aren't enough miles of roads in Whatcom County to measure how far your team bent over to help and serve us.

Thanks once again. We will be back for any future purchases and we will actively be looking for customers to send your way. Keep up the great work.

We recently purchased a 2013 Certified Pre-owned Buick Enclave at Hinton Chevrolet Buick in LYNDEN, Washington. We received an excellent experience working with Sales Consultant Russell Paris and the entire staff at Hinton Motors. They were incredibly professional in helping to meet our needs and gave us a generous trade in for my 1997 Ford, Expedition. The Customer Service department did a great job in detailing the vehicle and I look forward to working with them in the future.
